1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
Beat for 2 minutes on high speed
Add 1/2 cup sour cream and blend together
Add in:
3 1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Beat at low speed until blended. Roll dough out to be 1/4 inch thick. Grease cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 for 8 minutes (this is the perfect time)
Frosting:
4 cups powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup butter
1 - 8 oz. package cream cheese
Mix cream cheese, butter, and vanilla together. Add powdered sugar.
