6 cups cubed zucchini and crookneck squash
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup grated carrots
Cook until tender then drain
Mix with 1 cup sour cream, 1 can cream of chicken soup, and 1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese. Place in casserole dish and top with prepared stuffing.
Bake at 350 for 30 min.
