4 eggs
2 cups flour
1 t. salt
1 t. baking powder
1 t. baking soda
2 c. buttermilk
1 cube butter
~Beat eggs until fluffy (fluffy eggs is the secret to great waffles)~
~Mix dry ingredients together~
~Alternate mixing dry ingredients and buttermilk into fluffy eggs~
~Mix butter into batter~
*Really yummy with buttermilk syrup
*Have also put fresh fruit on with buttermilk syrup
